FAQs
Using your own bike
Your own bike should be road / trail worthy. All key mechanical operations; brakes, steering, wheels, tyres and gears need to be in full working order. Regrettably, bikes that do not operate correctly and compromise rider safety will not be allowed.
Bike Hire
Where possible we would always recommend your own bike for the obvious reasons of fit, comfort and familiarity. If this is not possible, we can arrange bike hire (including E-Bikes) from reputable local suppliers that will be suitable for all our trails and rides. If you usually ride with SPD type pedals and shoes, we recommend that you bring your own.
What is included with the hire bikes?
Hire bikes come with helmet, lock, 1 spare tube, repair kit, multi-tool and tyre levers.
Cycling ability and experience
We have planned our rides to deliver maximum enjoyment whatever your ability and experience. Our local knowledge and experience will help build your confidence allowing you to get the most from your ride. Being prepared and cycling fit before you arrive is always a bonus!
Mixed ability groups
We understand that each group will have a mixed range of abilities and experience. To manage this, we will assess the groups ability to ensure maximum enjoyment whilst delivering a safe guided ride for everyone.
Corporate Days
We welcome Corporate groups. Our past experience in the corporate world at Director level means we understand the importance of building relationships and team spirit with colleagues and customers. Group cycling in stunning varied terrain is the perfect place to encourage minds to open up and energy to flourish.
